Who operates this site

These Terms of Service are between you and [operator legal name], operator of totalcissydomination.com (“the site”, “we”, “us”). Questions about these Terms can be sent to hello@totalcissydomination.com.

By entering or using the site, sending a tribute, or buying content, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Billing Policy.

Adults only

The site is only for adults who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. Do not enter the site if you are under that age, if sexually explicit material is illegal where you are, or if you do not want to see it.

By using the site, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that you are viewing the site voluntarily from a place where it is lawful for you to do so.

Where the law requires age verification before sexually explicit material is shown, we may require it, use a third-party age verification provider, or block access from that place.

Adult content

The site contains, or will contain, sexually explicit material made by and for consenting adults, including domination, submission, humiliation, feminization and sissy themes. Everything depicted is consensual role play between adults.

Nothing on the site is an offer of, or request for, prostitution, escorting, in-person sexual services, or any illegal act.

Performers and consent

Every person who appears in sexually explicit material on the site was at least 18 years old when it was made, had their age and identity verified, and consented to being recorded and to the material being published. Records are kept as described in our 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement.

Tributes

A tribute is a voluntary, one-time gift to the creator. A tribute does not buy content, a service, a private session, contact, a meeting, a sexual act, or anything else, unless checkout says otherwise for a specific item.

Tributes are processed by sovereignpay. Nothing renews automatically and nothing is billed again.

Only send a tribute you can afford, from funds that are yours to send. Tributes are final except as described in the Billing Policy or where applicable law requires a refund or other remedy.

Content purchases

When content is offered for sale, checkout shows what you get, its price, and how long you can access it before you pay. Purchases are one-time payments and nothing renews automatically.

Your license to view content

We give you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to view content you can access on the site, for your own private viewing.

You may not download (except where a download is offered), record, screen-capture, copy, share, re-upload, resell, publicly display or distribute any content; remove watermarks; or use any content, likeness or voice from the site to train AI or to create deepfakes or other synthetic media.

Content may be watermarked or fingerprinted so leaks can be traced. We may send takedown notices and pursue legal remedies against unauthorized copies.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use the site to harass, threaten, stalk, dox, blackmail or impersonate anyone, including performers; try to find or expose a performer’s private information; share content involving a minor or anyone who has not consented; commit fraud, file false payment disputes, launder money or pay with funds that are not yours; scrape, copy, or bypass security or access controls; interfere with the site; or break any law.

Live streams on cruush

Live streams announced on the site, including the 8-hour live stream, happen on cruush at cruush.app and are governed by cruush’s Terms of Service and rules. Stream times can change.

Third-party payment services

sovereignpay, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, crypto wallets, exchanges and blockchain networks are run under their own terms. We are not responsible for their fees, limits, holds, delays, outages or account decisions.

Reporting and removal

Report content that is illegal, non-consensual or infringing, or that shows you, through the Report or Request Removal of Content page or by emailing hello@totalcissydomination.com. The Takedown Policy explains how removal requests and copyright notices are handled.

We may remove content, preserve evidence, refuse or reverse access, and report matters to law enforcement, NCMEC or other appropriate channels when we believe it is necessary or legally required.

Privacy

Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy. We will never sell your data or use it to train AI.

Indemnity

To the fullest extent allowed by law, you agree to defend and hold harmless [operator legal name] from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising from your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.

No warranties

The site is provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, a specific stream time, or that any content will remain available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, [operator legal name] will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill or service interruptions arising from or related to the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Arbitration and class-action waiver

Except for disputes that qualify for small-claims court, requests for emergency injunctive relief, intellectual-property enforcement, or claims that cannot be arbitrated under applicable law, you and we agree to resolve disputes through final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable consumer rules.

You and we waive the right to a jury trial and agree that disputes will be brought only on an individual basis, not as a class action, collective action, representative action or consolidated proceeding, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If any part of this section is found unenforceable, that part will be severed to the extent allowed by law and the rest of these Terms will remain in effect.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the site at any time where allowed by law, including for safety, legal, fraud or policy reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive, including the content license limits, disclaimers, limits of liability, indemnity, governing law and arbitration, survive termination.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the site and legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
